Evo-ERP System Requirements
Evo-ERP uses the Pervasive.SQL database engine which is available in either Workgroup (for up to 5 users) or Client Server version. Minimum server, Workgroup Central "Server" Station and client workstation operating system requirements are listed below. Hardware adequate to run the listed operating system will be adequate to run Evo-ERP.

True Multi-Tasking within DBA Without Locking Up
Any number of different DBA programs and reports can now be run simultaneously. Unlike standard DBA that prevents you from opening another DBA program window once a report starts "Printing Lines" this version lets you leave the report running in the background and open any other DBA windows. This menu also solves a problem in the existing DBA that some programs lock up when multiple windows are opened and one program chains to another (such as PO-A jump to IN-B to enter a new part number and assign a Vendor) and eliminates the inability to open another program when on an opening list of items such as SO-A or AR-A first screen.
Numeric Keypad available in All Lookups
The numeric keypad, unavailable in lookups in standard DBA, has been enabled for all lookups throughout the system.
Inventory Linked Printing Options
Image files (such as JPG, GIF, PDF, PNG) can be linked to items and print both as linked images after documents and as thumbnail images on documents such as PO and Sales Quote.
Enables Audit Trail of transactions by User Login ID
All Inventory and GL postings as well as changes to Sales Orders can be tracked by User Login ID and date and time entered. GL-C, IN-O and SO-O-M reports can be used as an audit tool.
Drill Down User Defined Inquiries
Lookups can be configured by user to display desired information and drill down from one data table to another.
Send any RTM Style Report or Form Straight to Email, Excel or PDF
All forms such as invoice and PO and all RTM reports can also be sent directly to email. Report and form RTM printing capability also includes print to file, including text, Excel, PDF, HTML, XHTML, and graphic formats.
Send any Text or RTM Style Report to a File in Any Path
Full path and file name can be specified, eliminating the current limitation of standard DBA that any file output must be saved in the DBAMFG folder (all DBA versions).
Customized Menus System Wide or by User
Use the Menu Setup program to completely redesign the menu structure company-wide and/or to customize the menu for each user. Individual programs or entire modules can be removed completely, or moved to another area. Custom DBA programs or add-ons or a call to any other application (EXE) are easily added to any menu section. User defined hotkeys for frequently used programs are also available. Customize menus by user login so no matter which workstation a user logs in from, their familiar menu will be there. This customized menu replaces the existing DBA Classic Password Security system providing enhanced security and far more flexibility. The System setup program, typically accessed only by the System Administrator, controls which programs a user has access to but a second program allows each user to rearrange their own menu of available programs for their own convenience of use.
Built In Local and Remote (Off-Site) Backup Programs
Use the included backup program to run scheduled backups of the entire program folder and all company subfolders or define specific company data or other file sets to be backed up. Even open files will be backed up. Optional add-on proram enables backup to remote off-site backup server via internet.
Administrator Login Visibility and Control
Disable and Enable User Logins during system updates and maintenance and see what users are logged in and into which program(s).
Improved Maintain Database Program
A new Maintain Database program is included in the menu which allows selection of all or some data fields rather than the existing version which always selects all fields and requires the user to deselect unwanted fields. Record filtering is also available.
Enables future Windows style enhancements
This interface will enable ISTS to develop future enhancements in a true Windows style environment without a radical change in user procedures, data migration with loss of historical informaton, or extensive retraining of users that would be required when migrating to a completely redesigned system. Existing familiar programs will be retained while new full Windows style programs including drill down inquiries and full GUI interface for commonly used programs such as order entry will be developed.
